Barista/Front house – Part-time
Min - 25 hrs/week  

Here’s a great opportunity to join the team of Masterton’s only Coffee Roastery/Cafe - Don Luciano Cafe.  With beans roasting daily, coffee is the life force of the café so the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a passion for the industry and have a minimum of one year experience working as a Barista. 

As part of a small team, this role needs someone friendly with great energy, who prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service and has proven experience as a team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, who will happily turn their hands to all café tasks as required.

We are open 7 days a week, providing the best experience for our locals, so the successful applicant must be available to work weekends. 

The successful applicant will be an integral and valued member of our small team. There is ample opportunity for growth in this role should you want to learn more about coffee roasting, food preparation, or management.
